Subject to change.What You'll DoBuild tow and handle rigging during operationsPrepare barges for customer delivery (securing lines/covers, inspections)Support maintenance, cleaning, and barge prep crewsPerform general housekeeping: washing, scraping, painting, sweepingFollow all safety rules and report hazards or incidentsHelp complete vessel and safety documentationWork as part of a small crew to keep fleet operations moving safelyWhat We're Looking ForMarine or deckhand experience preferred (not required). Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
