Our full-service team delivers stage lighting, professional audio, LED video walls, and rigging for live entertainment across the country. Position Summary / Objective

The Warehouse Technician I is an entry-level role supporting daily operations within a live event production warehouse. This position works across audio, video, lighting, and rigging departments, assisting with equipment returns, organization, and basic warehouse processes. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in live event production and grow within a structured operations team.

Role Responsibilities

The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of the role. This list is not exhaustive. The individual in this position will perform additional tasks as assigned, adhere to all provisions of the Employee Manual, and participate in company initiatives and projects.

Inventory & Equipment Tracking

  • Process inbound show returns, ensuring equipment is properly checked in, scanned
  • Learn warehouse layout, inventory systems, and equipment identification
  • Follow all inventory tracking and scanning procedures to ensure accuracy

Warehouse Maintenance & Operations

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and equipment storage areas
  • Assist with cable management, equipment cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed while following safe handling practices

Event Support & Collaboration

  • Support equipment pulling and staging for upcoming events as needed
  • Assist team members across departments to support overall warehouse flow

Work Environment

Work is performed in a warehouse and production equipment environment. 

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently. Role will require handling road cases, cables, racks, truss, lighting fixtures, and other event production equipment. Environment may include changing temperatures, active equipment movement, and tight show-prep deadlines.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The role follows a typical workday schedule; however, evening and weekend work may be required during high-volume sales periods.
