Job Title: Warehouse Employee / Warehouse Associate
Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our growing 3PL warehouse team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and moving customer products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Label, sort, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, depending on the facility.
