All Qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance This effort is on-Site in Tewksbury, MA Employment type: Full Time W-2 or Contract Pay Rate: $60-70/hr. Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience Experience in an engineering design and development environment with at least 2 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks. Experience leading technical teams and projects Experience with National Instruments' TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e.

Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc. Prefered Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital) and domains (hardware, software, firmware) Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S.
