We have an exciting opportunity for an onsite RF Test Development Engineer II to join our Test Solutions RF Engineering Test Development team in McKinney, Texas. The Test Solutions organization drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across all Raytheon product lines and functions. Within Test Solutions, you will be formulating test strategies and developing RF Test solutions to execute Integration, Verification and Validation on next generation test systems.

As the RF Test Engineer II, you will become a member of an integrated product team, including process, and test. You will be responsible for maintaining the production test systems, evaluating daily yields, and aiding in the resolution of production related issues with the test system, as well as providing guidance and training to operators. All are necessary functions to keep product deliveries on target to maintain the next level of system integration.

This role is 100% Onsite in McKinney, Texas.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Lead Test Development engineer(s) in the design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), antenna subassemblies as well as power supplies and computing subassemblies

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs

  • Drive cross functional team to resolve technical issues, support technical troubleshooting efforts while working with cross functional teams to meet deployment deadlines and production milestones

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), Electrical Engineering preferred

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience with RF and microwave products, including hands-on and/or academic

  • Experience with RF testing and equipment

  • Experience in the application of statistics to data to formulate decisions on behalf of the team.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Experience with bench testing of RF/Microwave modules

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Experience authoring test results using Microsoft Office tools

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
