Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technician at CCI, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for:
- Setting up, maintaining, and producing detailed plans, contract documents, and electronic design drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
- Performing preliminary design tasks essential for project completion.
- Collaborating effectively with CCI team members across multiple departments.
- Providing robust support to principals, project managers, and project designers.
- Correcting internal markups and conducting initial quality control checks to ensure compliance with CAD/Revit standards.
- Managing the transfer of physical and electronic documents to clients.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess:
- 2-3 years of experience with an architectural or engineering firm.
- A related technical or associate's degree.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
