KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and client emails, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
Answer incoming phone calls with a courteous and professional attitude while directing calls appropriately.
Assist with scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and supporting the recruitment team with daily administrative tasks.
Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Prepare and organize recruitment documents, onboarding paperwork, and other administrative materials.
Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates using company software and office applications.
Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist role is an asset.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, or CRM software is a plus.
Familiarity with data entry and general office procedures is preferred.
Strong overall computer proficiency and the ability to work efficiently with digital tools.
