Company Overview
Do you like being involved in your community?
Do you like food?
Do you like dad jokes?

At THE SEALS, we help restaurants across the United States keep their kitchens running smoothly with high-quality refrigeration gaskets and specialized services built for commercial kitchen operators. But what we really do is take care of people.
We’re a small, progress-minded team that believes hospitality comes first: whether we’re helping a customer solve a problem, sharing a laugh in the kitchen, or building long-term relationships one visit at a time. We believe great service starts with being present, dependable, approachable, and genuinely caring about the folks we serve.
If you enjoy meeting new people, building real relationships, getting your hands a little dirty, solving problems, and making someone’s day easier, you’ll probably fit right in here.
Good people. Great service. Terrible jokes.

You may be a great fit if you:
  •  Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
  •  Are motivated and dependable
  •  Have strong communication skills
  •  Can stay organized and manage your time well
  •  Like solving problems and working independently
  •  Are comfortable learning hands-on tasks
  •  Bring professionalism and good judgment to your work
  •  Have a valid driver’s license
What We Offer
  •  Flexible scheduling and independence in your day
  •  Paid training and ongoing support
  •  Opportunity for professional growth and advancement
  •  A stable company with a family-oriented culture
  •  A positive team environment that values hard work and personality
  •  Competitive pay with strong earning potential

If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn valuable skills, grow your career, and work with a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, we’d love to hear from you.
