Sales & Marketing Representative (Full-Time)

If you’re in the DFW area, our Entry Level Marketing and Sales position could be your perfect fit to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. As a Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our campaign and event-based sales and marketing team, collaborating on campaigns and events for various clients to raise awareness, build exposure, and increase acquisition. You’ll gain valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and promotional marketing—all while working in an engaging, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate new acquisition.

  • Help in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing and sales materials within the various events and promotional content we utilize to enhance client engagement and overall brand exposure

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns, ensuring fresh and compelling approaches to customer outreach.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and supporters while also providing valuable information on our clients’ missions, values, and services

  • Guide new customers through the registration and onboarding process

  • Share success stories and distribute promotional materials at events

  • Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics

  • Ensure a memorable and positive experience for event attendees and prospects
