Job description

Candidate needed ASAP for entry level Home Estimating position by medium sized Georgia custom home builder, located in Marietta, GA. Position entails stick built home estimating from the ground up. After training period, opportunity for a fast track to Estimating/Purchasing position is very likely. Applicant must be proficient with computerized estimating systems including View Point and Plan Swift takeoff software. Applicant must have a strong knowledge of residential construction, building codes and a minimum of 1 year experience in residential estimating. A degree in construction is a plus. Applicants must supply the following: Resume with complete work history including past earnings; detailed information on estimating systems you are familiar with; cell number and email address.
