Real Estate & Probate Attorney – Entry-Level Associate | Spanish Preferred (On-Site)


The Opportunity


A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate and Probate practice. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and build a strong legal foundation within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The firm offers mentorship, training, and is willing to train the right candidate, including developing skills in key technical areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with real estate and probate matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and filings
  • Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
  • Help manage case files and track deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and filings


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar admission or pending admission
