Required:

How You Will Contribute
As a Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting key accounting and payment functions.
In this role, you will:
  • Review payable reports to identify payments ready for processing
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing carrier statements
  • Prepare final payable reports and supporting documentation
  • Process customer return payments as needed
  • Prepare broker payable reports and monthly broker payments
  • Process additional payment requests through checks, ACH, and wire transactions
  • Assist with journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in company systems
  • Partner with various teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related inquiries
  • Support internal controls and compliance requirements surrounding payment processes
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization through effective communication and collaboration

Pay Range
24 - 28 Hourly
