Position Overview


As an Investor Reporting / Investor Accounting Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping ensure clients receive accurate financial reporting and remittances. You'll analyze data, investigate discrepancies, solve problems, and work with a collaborative team to keep reporting accurate and on schedule.

What You'll Do


As part of our Investor Reporting team, you'll:

  • Learn the complete investor reporting lifecycle through hands-on training
  • Support daily investor reporting and accounting activities
  • Assist with our "7 R's" process:
    • Reporting
    • Remitting
    • Reconciliation
    • Research
    • Root Cause Identification
    • Resolution
    • Remediation
  • Analyze loan- and pool-level data to identify trends and reporting exceptions
  • Research and resolve cash and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Help prepare reports and track key performance metrics
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate project updates professionally
  • Collaborate with teammates on process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Learn investor guidelines, reporting requirements, and industry best practices
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as your experience grows


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Curiosity and a desire to build a long-term career in financial operations
