• Explaining products and services in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner
• Assisting clients through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is completed accurately
• Maintaining organized client records and activity updates
• Building lasting relationships through exceptional customer care and follow-up
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team development meetings
