Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50-$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000-$3,000+/week)

We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You'll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process - all from your laptop.
Whether you're experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we'll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Host engaging 30-45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
  • Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
  • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
  • Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
  • Represent our company's culture and values in every conversation
