Job description

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who loves turning content and ad spend into measurable growth? Our busy Phoenix personal injury firm is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to own projects from concept through completion. You will plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and streaming TV while also scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality video and social content.

You will manage budgets, report results to leadership, and track which channels drive signed cases, not just clicks. You will also use AI tools to improve productivity, creative output, and campaign performance without sacrificing quality. Ideal candidates are hands-on, accountable, and comfortable owning both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. Former agency experience is a plus. If you love creating, testing, and scaling what works, please apply today!

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office W-2 position at our Phoenix office. Remote and hybrid work are not available. Marketing agencies, consultants, and outside vendors should not apply or pitch their services.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and YouTube to generate qualified leads and signed cases

  • Launch and scale our OTT/CTV streaming television advertising program from the ground up

  • Own campaign budgets and optimize spending toward cost per qualified lead and cost per signed case, not vanity metrics

  • Build and maintain full-funnel lead attribution using call tracking, UTM tagging, and CRM source data, partnering with our intake team to trace signed cases to their marketing sources

  • Deliver weekly performance reports to firm leadership with clear insights, trends, and recommendations

  • Own the firm’s social media and content process from start to finish, including strategy, planning, scripting, shooting video, editing, publishing, and repurposing content across platforms

  • Continuously test creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, using performance data and AI tools to improve productivity, lower acquisition costs, and scale what works without sacrificing quality

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and YouTube, with a proven record of generating measurable results

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content

  • Proficiency with professional video equipment, lighting, audio, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, call tracking, UTM tagging, lead attribution, and performance reporting

  • Experience managing social media for a brand or business, including strategy, content creation, publishing, and performance analysis

  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, ideation, content production, campaign testing, workflows, and reporting without sacrificing accuracy or quality

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills who can manage projects from concept through completion and present recommendations to leadership; former agency and OTT/CTV experience are strong pluses
