• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities designed to meet the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely support and effective coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, to adhere to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, therapeutic options, and community support resources, empowering them to advocate for their own needs.
• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and training to keep abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will focus on diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will provide support for various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more, tailoring your approaches to honor the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are required to formulate effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting is necessary to ensure adequate preparation for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is vital for fostering collaboration within our organization.

• Previous clinical experience working in an outpatient facility is highly desirable but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
