Position Overview

Manages load assignment, shipment tracking, and operational workflow through Oregon-based systems. Nashville candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and support workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipments

Maintain operational records and dispatch logs

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate operational conflicts as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
