Entry Level Benefits Sales Representative (100% Remote)

A Remote Sales Opportunity Built Around Real Client Conversations

Not every sales position starts with cold calls, door-to-door visits, or finding strangers to contact.

This role is focused on working with individuals who have already requested information and are scheduled to speak with a representative. The goal is simple: understand what the client is looking for, provide clear information about available benefits, and help them complete the next steps.

As an Entry Level Benefits Sales Representative, the candidate will receive training on the products, sales process, virtual tools, and systems used to support clients.

Previous insurance experience is not required.

What the Role Involves

  • Speak with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Review the information and benefit options available to each client
  • Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
  • Provide clear explanations of insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Help clients complete applications and enrollment steps
  • Keep client records and follow-up information organized
  • Follow up with clients when additional information is needed
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and coaching sessions
  • Use online platforms and company systems to manage daily activities
  • Build stronger communication, sales, and client-service skills through hands-on experience
