Oregon-Based Logistics Operations (Little Rock hiring priority with nationwide remote eligibility)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Remote

Position Overview

This position focuses on managing freight planning, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Little Rock candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training, while experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress

Track shipments and maintain operational documentation

Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Maintain detailed dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency, including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided

Work Environment

Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Little Rock candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
