• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, including psychological evaluations that lead to clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing tailored evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering support and resources to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, using practice management software to streamline documentation.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and peer consultations, keeping abreast of the latest research and evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your background and sensitivity will inform your ability to connect with clients at various life stages and circumstances, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities paired with effective diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic role, focusing on mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• A commitment to ethical practices and professional development.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing direct therapeutic services is preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
• Experience with telehealth technologies and platforms is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
