• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients’ individual concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individualized and group therapy, tailored to address the unique needs of clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment and enhance client outcomes.
