Join Our Team as a Weekend Diagnostic Radiologist

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist to work exclusively on weekends. This ongoing position focuses on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during the weekend hours. As part of our department, you will benefit from a well-structured schedule, robust clinical support, and attractive compensation.

Position Highlights:
  • Consistent Weekend Schedule: Coverage is defined from Friday to Sunday.
  • Productivity Expectations: Aim for approximately 400 – 450 wRVUs each weekend.
  • Academic Environment: Engage with a major academic medical center that handles Level 1 trauma cases.
  • Collaborative Atmosphere: Access to subspecialty support is readily available.
  • Remote Work: Opportunities for remote work are included.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree required.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Preferred fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related specialty.
  • Possession of a valid California medical license.

Compensation & Benefits:

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $600,000 to $650,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
