Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis management strategies and behavioral guidelines to effectively support client needs.
- Document client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Employ evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Work within multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that resonate with each client's unique challenges.
- Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating accountability and professionalism in your practice.
The licensed counselor will focus on diverse populations, including individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

- Must be license eligible in the State of Florida; licensure must be obtained within a designated timeframe.
