• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client progress.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, goals, and strengths, crafting tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular team consultations and receive weekly supervision to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.
• Facilitate referrals to additional services within the community when clients require further support or specialized care.

As an Associate Level Mental Health Counselor, your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents who face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. You will work closely with clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner, utilizing a client-centered approach that respects their diversity and unique experiences.

• A valid AMFT, ASW, or APCC license in California is required to practice.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Experience in outpatient treatment models will be advantageous, providing a background in working with individuals in a community setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for forming effective therapeutic relationships and documenting client progress.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for managing caseloads and collaborating with team members.
