You will translate data into strategy, influence decisions that matter, and build the financial, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to grow into future enterprise finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Translate financial data, business trends, and market insights into clear recommendations that help leaders make informed strategic decisions.

Contribute to high-impact rotations across areas such as financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting/audit, risk management, underwriting, corporate development, finance strategy, provider economics, operations, and data and analytics.

Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve financial modeling, identify patterns, strengthen insights, and increase the speed and quality of decision support.

Partner across finance, business, and operational teams to solve ambiguous problems, influence outcomes, and connect financial performance to enterprise priorities.

Prepare concise, executive-ready materials that communicate findings, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.

Build technical, leadership, and health care industry expertise through rotational experiences, mentorship, coaching, and targeted development opportunities.

Bring a growth mindset to each assignment by seeking feedback, learning quickly, and applying new skills to deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

MBA or CPA credential.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related business function.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools, automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven technology to improve business analysis, productivity, or decision-making.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and recommend practical actions.

Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor insights for business partners, finance leaders, and executive audiences.

Ability to adapt across functions, learn quickly, collaborate in a matrixed environment, and take ownership of meaningful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, performance reporting, pricing, underwriting, audit, or corporate strategy.

Exposure to health care, insurance, managed care, provider economics, or other regulated industries.

Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders or influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.

Curiosity for emerging technologies, including generative AI, and a commitment to using them ethically, accurately, and thoughtfully.

Additional Information

Location: This hybrid program requires associates to work three days per week in the office and two days remotely from one of our hub locations: Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; St. Louis, MO; or Franklin, TN. Associates select a primary location at the start of the program and may remain in that location throughout their FLDP experience. Relocation between rotations is not expected or required.

Compensation: We invest in our associates with a competitive compensation package that recognizes performance and supports long-term success, including a competitive base salary, annual incentive bonus opportunity, annual merit increases, a sign-on bonus, and exceptional relocation assistance to help make your transition as seamless as possible.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,800 - 168,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
