PAY: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

TITLE: Account Manager – Remote or Hybrid (FULL TIME)

REPORTS TO: Sr. Account Executive

SUMMARY:

The Account Manager (AM) will work directly with the Account Executive, Loan Officer / Broker and act as a conduit to our internal teams’ processors, underwriters and closers, to close mortgage loans. The AM will ensure all information on necessary forms is completed and follow all compliance guidelines before the file is moved to the next stage of the process.
POSITION SALARY:

$60,000 base + commission from Account Executive performance and bonuses for internal process metrics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures of both 1st and 2nd mortgage liens
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with an emphasis on 2nd mortgage loans and lines of credit
  • Communicate with the Broker or Loan Officers on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to handle and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision
  • Knowledge of Google, TPO Connect and Encompass strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Borrower and Lender Paid Pricing methodology (pricing)
  • Familiarity with loan processes including Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosures and TRID timelines and policies
  • Provide training and mentor new employees of clients as part of onboarding
  • Represents Button Finance in a professional and respectable manner by providing exceptional customer service with designed SLA’s
  • Support the Mission Statement and Core Values of Button Finance
  • A true team player that works closely and cohesively with our internal teams
  • Ability to multi-task, accept, prioritize and execute on tasks assigned
  • Additional responsibilities as management sees fit
  • Manage a 60-90 loan pipeline and meet deadlines – mindful that 2nd mortgages turn faster

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED – Associates or Bachelors preferred
  • Minimum of 3 + years in the mortgage industry, preferably in the wholesale 2nd mortgage industry
  • Account Management, Loan Officer or Processing Mortgage experience is required
