Job description

Start Your CDL-A Career With Paid Training Texas Area Drivers Needed

Have your Class A CDL but keep hearing, Come back when you have experience? We believe every professional driver deserves a chance to get started. If you recently completed a qualified Class A CDL training program with at least 120 hours in the last 2 years, we have opportunities available to help you gain the over-the-road experience carriers are looking for.

We are seeking motivated entry-level CDL-A drivers who are ready to begin a long-term trucking career. Our program is designed to help new drivers build confidence, earn solid pay, and transition into a regular driving position with home time options that fit their lifestyle.

New Driver Training Program

Drivers accepted into the program will spend their first 30 days on the road with an experienced trainer. During this period, training pay is $850 per week. Trainees must be willing to remain over the road for the entire training period without scheduled home time.

After successfully completing training, drivers receive 25 days off before meeting with their terminal manager to discuss available driving opportunities. At that time, you'll be able to select from available routes and schedules based on your preferences and operational needs.

Home Time Opportunities

Several regional positions currently offer weekly home time. Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduation from an accredited CDL academy with at least 120 hours of training completed within the last 24 months
  • Ability to pass all required DOT screenings, including hair or urine testing
  • Strong driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to safety and teamwork
