Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to the unique requirements of each case, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to ensure compliance and optimal patient care.
• Develop and implement crisis, safety, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and preventing relapse.
• Create thorough discharge plans that guide patients toward continued success after leaving treatment.
• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay current in the field.
• Participate in case consultation and agency meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to improve patient care.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to remain compliant with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
