Lia Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency and part of a family-owned business. Our agency receives hundreds of leads each month from the Lia Auto Group dealerships, our website, and referrals. We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent who is looking to join a rapidly growing team and share in our success.


We are looking for a motivated, goal-driven professional with a strong focus on sales and a background in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset to our sales team. As an Agent on the new business sales team, you will be responsible for offering all personal line products in an efficient and professional manner. Our list of more than a dozen quality carriers we can place business with will ensure clients receive the best coverage to meet their needs.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Writing new agency business policies
  • Hitting your monthly sales numbers
  • Being a liaison between clients and carriers
  • Utilizing our Client Relationship Management system to track and document lead information
  • Building a relationship with auto dealership staff

Requirements

  • Must have a track record of hitting sales targets
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in NY
  • At least one year of agency experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
