Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing various tools and methodologies to gain insight into clients' mental health issues.
  • Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each client, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions via secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential space for clients to share and heal.
  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating and adjusting their progress to maintain alignment with their aspirations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to providing quality care.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, incorporating the latest research and practices into client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Working with a varied demographic ensures that your clinical skills will be continually challenged and expanded as you tailor interventions to meet the nuanced needs of your clients.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (Masterโ€™s or Doctorate) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, facilitating effective case load administration.
  • Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance towards clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing therapy in a remote setting or telehealth environment is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care.
  • Experience with various therapeutic techniques and treatment approaches to cater to the unique situations of clients.
  • Familiarity with community resources to assist clients with additional needs beyond mental health support.
