• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy that aligns with the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring appropriate care and safety.
• Maintain thorough, confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to all ethical and legal standards in practice.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address holistic health needs across our client population.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and workshops, keeping your practice informed by the latest mental health research and methodologies.

The clients you will serve at Grand Garden Psychotherapy Services are diverse, spanning various backgrounds, ages, and mental health concerns. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship conflicts, among other challenges. • Licensed Mental Health Therapist credentials (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) are required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
• The ability to work independently within a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, candidates with a strong foundational background may be considered for entry-level positions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience.
