• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health by using structured interviews and standardized tests to gather comprehensive data on presenting issues.
• Formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's needs, goals, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources available, while serving as an advocate for their individual rights and needs.
• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and other educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
