This position allows for a remote work setting, promoting a healthy work-life balance. While most sessions will be conducted online, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and accommodate clients’ needs. Some evening and weekend hours might be required to ensure access for all clients, further enabling us to meet the demands of a diverse patient population.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on identified goals.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of primary care physicians, mental health specialists, and external partners to provide integrated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment strategies based on individual responses and developments during therapy sessions.
• Assist medical providers in optimizing psychotropic medication management by focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment efficacy.

The clients you will serve vary widely in age, background, and mental health needs, ranging from individuals coping with acute crises to those managing chronic mental health conditions. Your work will directly influence the care of clients from diverse socioeconomic statuses, ensuring that mental health services remain accessible and effective.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in New York State.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical therapy as an independently licensed therapist.

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly with underserved populations.
• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent care and an understanding of social determinants of health.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for documenting patient interactions and conducting remote sessions.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, comprehensive benefits which include:
