FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC)
Salary: $80,000โ$100,000 | Full-time

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:
- The FP&A Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across multiple healthcare entities
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Analyze operational and financial performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and accounting teams to support accurate financial reporting and business insights
- Assist with board, lender, and private equity reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and operational decision-making
- The FP&A Analyst will support month-end close analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst:
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations (required)
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must be based in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
