Description
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant 3D CAD Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll support the development of 3D CADs across multiple apparel categories, incorporating a range of print techniques including all-over prints, screen prints, embroideries, and woven patterns. You'll work closely with our Graphic Design team to align on 3D design needs and manage WM deadlines for Browzwear submissions. Your work will help bring our designs to life-from adjusting e-patterns to recoloring prints for seasonal collections-while ensuring all visuals meet brand and CAD specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 3D CADs for all apparel categories, integrating various print techniques such as all-over prints, placement prints, screen prints, embroideries, and woven yarn dyes (e.g., plaids, stripes, jacquards).
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to define and execute required 3D styles across different product tiers.
  • Own the workflow and deadlines for Browzwear submissions, including e-pattern adjustments for seamless garment execution.
  • Ensure all renders are accurately colored based on Artsheets and CAD guidelines, recommending graphic scale updates when needed.
  • Recolor prints according to seasonal or account-specific needs.
  • Support the creation of CAD assortment sheets for the Sales Team in alignment with WM standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A dependable team player who consistently meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work tools like Browzwear, PLM, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 2D patterning.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric printing and production processes including color separations, repeats, and factory limitations.
  • A sharp eye for color, print, and fashion detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive communicator and creative problem-solver with strong collaboration skills.
  • A dependable team player who consistently meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work
