The Mission

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, remote
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
  • Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of others

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field
  • Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
  • Proven success in remote customer facing role, especially in complex, high-volume environments
