• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during critical mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to strict ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
• Engage with clients and their families to educate them on mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options, advocating for their rights as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy through continued professional development, including workshops and specialized training.

You will work with a wide demographic, serving clients from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. This diversity enhances the therapeutic process, allowing you to implement tailored approaches that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances. Your role is crucial in helping clients overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more, ultimately fostering resilience and growth.

• Active licensing as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with a solid foundation in diagnostic methodologies.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of client scenarios.
