Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors flexibility to manage their schedules while providing high-quality, attentive care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, including screening for signs of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and stability.
  • Keep detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in alignment with legal standards and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and progress on client treatment and adapting plans as needed.

Qualifications
