This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors flexibility to manage their schedules while providing high-quality, attentive care. Our outpatient office setting facilitates teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that our clients receive the most holistic and comprehensive support possible.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, including screening for signs of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and stability.
• Keep detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in alignment with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and progress on client treatment and adapting plans as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health therapy.

The clientele served by our organization includes individuals of all ages dealing with a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and actively participate in their healing journey.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proficient in clinical assessment and diagnosis, showcasing strong analytical skills to evaluate complex mental health cases.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team dynamic.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and the highest professional standards.

• Previous work experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desired but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an advantage.

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
