Job Title: Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: [Remote / On-Site / Hybrid - MO, AR, TX, TN, and OK]

Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Position Summary

Kickstart your career in the insurance industry! We are hiring an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent to learn our sales framework, build a client base, and connect individuals and families with coverage options. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, state licensing support, and dedicated mentorship to set you up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete our internal sales and product training program.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on warm inbound leads to introduce coverage options.
  • Assist clients in identifying their coverage needs and gathering basic intake information.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes under the guidance of senior agents.
  • Log all customer interactions, notes, and lead statuses accurately into our CRM database.
  • Meet weekly activity targets for dials, talk time, and quotes delivered.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Licensing: Active State Insurance License (Health & Life) preferred, OR willingness to obtain state license within 30 days (sponsorship/reimbursement available).
  • Skills: Coachable mindset, strong verbal communication, active listening, and comfort on the phone.
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
