Title: Customer Master Data Specialist/Customer Data Specialist

Location: Remote
Pay: $20–$25/hr on W2

Remote position, but must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Specialist to manage and maintain customer account information while providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain customer accounts and records.
  • Ensure customer, tax, payment, and licensing information is accurate.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Work with Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Support order processing and customer account activities.
  • Handle high-volume work while maintaining accuracy.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • SAP/Order-to-Cash experience is preferred.
  • High School diploma required; Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
