Job description

RemX is seeking Remote - Insurance Data Entry Administrative Clerks

The Policy Administration Representative collects, organizes and documents information in automated systems, including reporting, claim coordination, renewal processing, policy issuance and audit processing. 

Applicants must reside in Georgia or Florida to be considered.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Typical work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
  • Contract position


Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily data entry work
  • Limited customer-facing responsibilities; not a customer service-focused role
  • Regular use of Microsoft Word and other office systems
  • Ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
  • Administrative/Office Experience


  • Company equipment will be provided


Qualifications / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required plus one year of property and casualty insurance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Property & Casualty insurance license is a strong plus.
