Key Responsibilities:

Handling common remitting (processing money from employers to investment providers).

Reviewing and processing seller reduction agreements (beginning, changing, or stopping contributions).

Compliance monitoring and reviewing transaction requests based on employer plan documents.

Answering emails and responding to inquiries.

Processing paperwork and approvals.

Handling approximately 20-25 calls per day.

Multitasking between administrative tasks and phone calls.

Required Skills & Experience:

Industry Experience: Experience in the financial industry is key.

Soft Skills:

Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with answering phones.

Positive attitude, care, and drive.

Service mentality.

Collaborative mindset.

Strong multitasking ability, capable of switching between administrative tasks and phone calls efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience Level: Mid-level, but strong junior candidates (2-3 years of experience) with high potential will also be considered. Generally, 3-7 years of experience is preferred. Pay and Benefits
