Blip Billboards has headquarters in UT.THE ROLEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. This junior-level role will support accounts receivable (AR), contract validation, data entry, and communication with media owners and agency partners.

The ideal candidate is reliable, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform AR collections, including outreach to agencies and partners regarding outstanding payments.Respond to billing, payment, and general financial inquiries from Media Owners in a timely and professional manner.Complete data entry tasks within Adkom systems and/or QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.Review and validate contracts from agencies and sign owners to ensure correct terms, pricing, and documentation.Collaborate with internal teamsโ€”including Finance, Operations, and Account Managementโ€”to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial workflows.Assist in process improvements, documentation updates, and system accuracy initiatives.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS1+ year of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong junior candidates).Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes accurately.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.Comfort navigating evolving systems and technology.Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is a strong plus.Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (now or in the future).COMPENSATIONThe budgeted salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 annually.
