At Switch, we don’t just design, build and operate data centers—we are enabling the technology of the future. Led by Founder & CEO, Rob Roy, we believe in revolutionary innovation, operational excellence and the principle of karma. Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world.

We believe that innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about the people, culture, and purpose that make it happen. Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves: to create the world’s most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanity.

The Role: Order Management Administrator

As an Order Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in transforming customer agreements into accurate, executable orders that support implementation, billing, and service delivery. Your work helps ensure customer commitments are translated into operationally sound outcomes while minimizing financial and operational risk.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Service Delivery, and other business partners to interpret complex agreements, support order governance, and improve the order-to-revenue process.

What You'll Do
  • Review and interpret customer contracts, amendments, and Service Orders for compliance with company policies and operational requirements.

  • Advise Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Service Delivery teams on contract obligations, billing structures, and operational impacts.

  • Evaluate pricing, billing terms, credits, and service commitments to determine accurate billing and revenue treatment.

  • Govern order intake by ensuring transactions are complete, compliant, and operationally ready before system entry.

  • Translate contract terms into actionable requirements for implementation, billing, and service delivery teams.

  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and contractual risks, particularly within non-standard agreements.

  • Support implementation readiness and coordinate successful service delivery handoffs.

  • Develop and maintain reporting and operational controls related to bookings, revenue, and contract governance.

  • Analyze trends, exceptions, and operational issues that impact revenue recognition or service delivery.

  • Partner across the organization to resolve complex issues and improve order-to-revenue processes.

What We're Looking For
  • You interpret complex agreements accurately and apply sound business judgment.

  • You build strong relationships across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

  • You remain organized while managing competing priorities.

  • You identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.

  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You maintain a high level of accuracy while working in fast-paced environments.

  • You proactively solve problems before they affect customers or operations.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Experience in contract administration, order management, revenue operations, finance operations, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of billing models and revenue-impacting contract terms.

  • Ability to evaluate operational and financial implications of customer agreements.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and process control skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience interpreting commercial contracts and supporting contract governance.

  • Experience supporting operational controls or revenue operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

We recognize that qualified candidates may not meet every preferred qualification. If your experience aligns with the core responsibilities of the role, we encourage you to apply.
