• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Respond promptly to crises by offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients facing acute mental health emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress tracking within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contributing insights and recommendations for comprehensive client care during regular case consultations.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their mental wellness.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives by tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique cultural and personal experiences.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; subsequent Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years’ related experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Adeptness in working independently while navigating a remote work environment and contributing to team goals.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards within the scope of mental health practice.

• Prior experience working in a clinical setting is beneficial, although we welcome applications from entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for mental health.
• Experience with teletherapy and learning management systems is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually. In addition to a strong financial package, we offer benefits that include:
