Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Respond promptly to crises by offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients facing acute mental health emergencies.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress tracking within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contributing insights and recommendations for comprehensive client care during regular case consultations.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their mental wellness.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
