• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Collaborate actively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, continually monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, and adjust goals as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients who may have travel difficulties or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills, remain compliant with best practices, and stay informed of emerging therapies within the mental health field.

The clients you will work with come from a range of backgrounds and experiences, reflecting the diverse population of Monessen, Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes a commitment to understanding and supporting individuals facing various mental health challenges, whether they be related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Each client will receive care suited to their specific needs, enabling them to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, focusing on a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to navigate a diverse caseload and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, where you have effectively managed a varied caseload of clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling, helping ensure a smooth operational workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in team-based care, collaborating with other mental health professionals and agencies for the benefit of clients.
