• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, maintaining ethical standards and a compassionate approach.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to address clients’ unique needs and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they have the tools to cope effectively with their challenges.
• Facilitate discussions that aid clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
• Document sessions and progress notes with minimal paperwork load, allowing you to dedicate more time to client care.

Our focus is on providing support to stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health concerns. You will engage with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your role as a mental health therapist will be pivotal in helping them develop vital skills to improve their overall quality of life and mental resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses. Candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
• Strong proficiency in technology with prior experience in telehealth platforms preferred.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally working with diverse populations in a remote or telehealth setting. Experience using solution-based and evidence-based therapeutic methods is strongly preferred, as is a background in managing client caseloads effectively.
