This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from your preferred location, whether that be your home office in Chandler, Arizona, or elsewhere. You’ll engage with clients using secure teletherapy technology, enabling effective communication and therapeutic engagement.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, incorporating personalized treatment planning tailored specifically to individual circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques adapted for virtual settings.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their journey while adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs of each individual.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and ensuring all records are kept up to date in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic techniques and share best practices within our collaborative network.

As a therapist at Calm Horizon, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• Empathetic disposition and a strong commitment to client-centered care that focuses on understanding and addressing client needs.
• Highly organized with effective time-management skills to maintain a productive workflow in a remote setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in therapeutic practice.
• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth capacity is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy software platforms and managing electronic health records (EHR).

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
