This position is designed for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while maintaining our high standard of care. As part of our community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers. Our remote infrastructure supports comprehensive communication and teamwork to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, followed by formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, adjusted to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health situations, ensuring clients receive the care and follow-up they need.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to the legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to deliver collaborative care; participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and resources available in the community, advocating for clients’ accessibility to services as needed.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through workshops, certifications, and training in the latest therapeutic practices to continually enhance your skill set and knowledge.

• A valid mental health license is required, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possessing strong clinical diagnostic and assessment capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is required.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to operate independently while also contributing positively as part of a cohesive team.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in clinical practices.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document client care effectively.
